Our hall is situated in the very centre of the village with easy access directly off the A12 into a large parking area. The building contains a large hall with a stage, a bar and kitchen, two smaller rooms and toilets (including a separate disabled toilet).

Hall Details.

The main hall ( L 18mts., W 8.5mts. H 6mts.) was built with badminton in mind, so it has a high ceiling and a cushioned, wooden floor. The floor is permanently marked up for badminton and we have a net and stands for your use.

We have all the required permits for the performance of live and recorded music. The stage (W 7.5mts. D 3.8mts. H. 5mts.), is elevated at 1mt. above the hall floor level and has a fully operational curtain. There is a screen for films. We have a monthly film night.

We have a committee room, with chairs and tables laid out for up to 15-20 people; room is double glazed and have a new, very effective heating system. It is used for our games club, for committee meetings and one to one teaching sessions.

Next door to the meeting room is the games room – it can seat up to 40 people. It is used for our “Singing for Fun” group (there is a piano), our Ukulele group, our chair yoga group and other small groups. It is double glazed and has its own heating. These two smaller rooms can be hired independently from the main hall.
